This is an excel spreadsheet that summarizes the structure of the boot disk, the contents, the sector locations and the size of the files.
It's been a while since I looked at this. It appears that the IPL for disk basic is able to discern which machine it is being loaded into.
DOS gets loaded into the DVI.
Disk BASIC gets loaded into the target machine.
These files were extracted from a boot disk that supported both the M100/T102 and the T200. Early versions of DVI only supported M100 as T102/T200 did not exist yet.
